Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened items purchased directly from pureessencecandle.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

  • Used, burned, or partially consumed candles
  • Items purchased on final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards or digital products

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please visit our return portal at pureessencecandle.com and submit a return request. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning your items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please submit a claim within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so our team can quickly resolve it. We will replace or refund items that are verified as damaged during shipment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order through our website.

Sale Items

All sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
