ORDER PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES
Typical order processing times are between 1–2 business days. Ground Shipping will take anywhere from 1–6 business days, based on location. To protect your order from being affected by summer heat, weekend orders (placed Friday–Sunday) may incur an additional 1–2 days processing time.
Packages are shipped via carriers such as FEDEX or USPS. Typical transit times by region are as follows:
- 1–2 Days: California & Southwestern states
- 3–4 Days: Texas, Pacific Northwest & some Midwestern states
- 4–6 Days: Southern & Northeastern states

Once a package has left our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, address errors, or other unforeseen courier-related delays.

- Complimentary ground shipping is available on orders over $75 (before tax). Ground shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the selected service at checkout.
- We are unable to ship to addresses without a recipient name (including P.O. Boxes). We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
- During high-volume periods (such as sales and holidays), orders may experience a slight delay in processing times.
- Once an order is placed, we are unable to edit, add or remove items on the order. If there is an issue with an order or it needs to be cancelled, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
- We do not ship to freight forwarders or resellers.
- Tracking notifications will be sent when the order’s label is created (not when it is shipped). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update accurately with an ETA.
